Please contact us within 8 days of delivery. We will replace the item or refund you, and cover the shipping.

Change-of-mind returns

As tea is a food product, we cannot accept returns of opened tea. Unopened teaware may be returned within 8 days of delivery (return shipping at the customer's expense).
