Shizuoka leaves, roasted firmly in our own roaster and sent out with that freshly roasted fragrance.
Low in bitterness and astringency, it pairs well with meals.
How to brew (for two)
- Put 6 g of leaves into a teapot.
- Pour 200 ml of boiling water all at once.
- Wait about 30 seconds until the roasted aroma rises, then pour.
You can also simmer it in a kettle to make a large batch of iced hojicha.
